About Us

Welcome to TNBS NEWS.

This is a small corner of the internet where a few of us who still love reading try to keep the simple pleasure of a good short story alive. Not long novels. Not clickbait. Just stories you can finish in one sitting — on the bus, with your morning coffee, or right before bed.

How it started

It began as a personal habit. I loved reading but rarely had the time (or energy) to sit down with a thick book. So I started collecting short stories, then writing a few myself, then sharing them. A couple of friends who felt the same way joined in, and slowly this site took shape. There was never a big plan or a business model. We just wanted a quiet place where short fiction could be read properly.

What you’ll find here

We don’t stick to one genre. You’ll see everyday stories about relationships, work, and the small choices that end up mattering. You’ll find mysteries with twists. Love stories — the sweet ones and the ones that hurt a little. And occasionally something that stays with you for a while after you finish reading.

As long as the story feels honest and is written with care, we’re interested.

A Note on AI Content & Visuals

To make our stories more vivid and enjoyable, the featured images on this site are generated using AI tools to bring each narrative to life visually. Additionally, while the ideas and themes are ours, we use AI assistance to polish and refine the text so that it flows better and is easier to read.

How we work

Every piece is read, lightly edited, and formatted so it’s clean, well-structured, and easy on the eyes. We keep the layout simple on purpose, focusing on a comfortable reading experience.

You may occasionally see advertisements on the site. These ads help cover our hosting and operational costs so we can keep sharing stories with you for free.

We’re not a big team. Just a handful of people who care about writing and still get excited by a well-told story. Sometimes we post regularly, sometimes life gets in the way. But we always try to keep the quality consistent.
